🛒 Orders & Payment

When you place an order with Sreyoshi Mart, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

  • Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Rocket
  • For mobile banking payments, full payment must be received before dispatch
  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud
💵 Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across Bangladesh — pay only when you receive your order.

🚚 Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh within 2-5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays
  • Free delivery is available on orders above ৳5000
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
  • Delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched

  • Exchange requests must be made before accepting courier days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Custom or stitched orders are not eligible for exchange
